Glove Story Returns Policy
At Glove Story, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order does not suit you, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Return conditions
- Return period: You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item.
- Condition of items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted.
- Non-returnable items: Personalised items and gift cards cannot be returned. Sale and discounted items are covered by the same return conditions as all other items.
Return procedure
- Return request: To make a return, contact our customer service at contact@glove-story.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- Return label: Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label. Print it and attach it to the parcel.
- Sending the return: Drop the parcel off at your post office or at a collection point.
Refunds
- Processing of returns: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Refund timeline: If your return is approved, the refund is automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Free exchanges
Need a different size? Exchanges are completely free. Contact us at contact@glove-story.com: we will send you a prepaid return label and, as soon as we receive your item, ship you the new size at no cost. Exchanges are available for the same model in another size, or for another item of equal value.
Restocking fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.
Return costs
Return costs are covered by us for defective items or items that do not match your order.
If you return an item for a refund, without an exchange, the return cost is deducted from your refund. It is equal to the shipping cost of your delivery zone:

Original shipping costs: Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
